Centres in Nelson

Post by bowhunt » Tue Nov 08, 2005 8:15 am

Little People
Gladstone Road
Richmond
Nelson

They happily support cloth. In fact when I went there to check it out, they showed me a chart on the wall by the nappy changing area which showed all the different cloth folds. :smt041 :smt023 They even have a nappy bucket! Very impressed. Jorja starts there this week so I'll do another post after that.

I just wanted to add this on. Jorja has now been going there for 7mths and they rock :smt041 Little People are very supportive of cloth and I have had excellent feedback and no problems at all. I've started putting flushable liners in her nappies to make life easier for them while she is teething. Thanks for being so supportive of our choice to use cloth Little People :smt041

Just cause I was flicking around here... I don't actually live in Nelson but my Dad and Stepmum do.

Bridge Street Early learning is cloth friendly... in fact there are quite a few kids in cloth (mostly fuzzi's I think)

I just want to put a rave up for First Steps Educare, Stoke! They are a wonderful preschool, but also support my use of MCN's and even let me place advertsing for my business in the preschool.

Ohhh i just found this section.

I'd love to rave about Star Early Learning in Stoke, Nelson.

They have been supportive of cloth from the start, even holding off from telling me that her nappies were starting to only last an hour - of course I remedied that as soon as I found out!

The student teachers sometimes struggle - rolling up the nappy incl the poo even though there is a disposable liner, but hoping cloth will take off more in Nelson meaning more aware student/relieving teachers too.
