Well actually I prefer our magic-all to our rosies's fleece AIO. It will last Liam ages 3+ hours, I've actually been tempted to try it overnight (but I haven't yet).

It may be because the magic-all fits better, I've never had a lot of luck with velcroe style naps I way prefer snaps. Also I have the large (Liam is 11.5kg) magic-all and the rise is great (and this is one of the problems with the medium rosies - the rise is way to low for him).

We've had it for 3 weeks? now and it gets used everytime its washed and dried and we've had only one leak - which was when he was stuck in his carseat for 45mins. Unfortunately when I got him home and realised he was damp (low down on one leg) he was also FAST asleep and I didn't have the heart to wake him to change his nappy  (if he has a 10 minute sleep in the car thats it for the day  ) So he got put to bed in his damp magic-all and when he woke up 2+ hours later it was actually dry again! so definetly compression wicking and thinking about it he ended up with it on for almost 5 hours!

I love it! Will probably get more (though I also want to try a large rosie's new style).

Love love love these at the moment for Nathan.

He is a much heavier wetter than Samuel ever was, so the Smalls that he's in at the moment isn't sufficient, but easily fixed by adding a booster in it. Contains poop (the peanut buttery as well as the bf explosive types) really well. It is also super trim, which is great to put in the handbag when we are out and about.

I usually use Fuzzis as covers over a prefold, but because Nathan's output is a lot, it only takes one wee to stink/wet the covers out so I usually end up not being able to re-use the covers anyway, so this Magic Alls is good in this case.

I am loving this AIO, and this is coming from someone who hated AIOs!

Typical, we've had two leaks since yesterday.
Not bad though, one was because he'd had it on for 3 hours + and I forgot about changing him
The other was compression wicking because he was in the carseat for about 20 minutes, must've been a big wee.
Have just bought another 2ndhand one.

not too impressed with these. They are trim and look pretty nice, but last sort of around 2 hrs and that is with boosting. Don't trust them.
But sometimes they are ok. Much prefer a fitted with a good cover though. Maybe my wee boy just pees to much. :smt102

Love these naps

I just got two older style of these from Snazzipants on special for $22 each. They look great, fit nice, awesome colours. Size large fits my almost 3yr old (15.5kgs) well. We have had two really busy days recently when they have been put on at 8am and not taken off till 2pm (including driving Morrinsville - Auckland) and they have easily held anything he has thrown at them. Still completely dry...I am very impressed

I've got a few of the new style magic-alls. I really like how trim & easy to use they are but we have had a few leaks. They only seem to last maybe 2 hours max. I've had a couple of leaks at the top of the nappy - is this because I haven't done it up tight enough around my boy's waist?? Does it make a difference if you wash them quite a few times before using them too? Like, does it fluff them up & make them more absorbent? I'd really like to use these more often but am finding them a little bit unreliable at the moment.
