small :) but regardless of where I get them from (I have a second hand fitted, for instance) I still want to be able to say it's ok to buy from the only place you can get them new - if I have a negative experience buying them new I think I'll have to take them out of the kit. Thanks though!

I think Amys sold the business as I've seen her posting elsewhere. So hopefully there won't be any problems with your order :)

Whoops I never came back to this thread! Should have said, the nappy and insert I got from them arrived promptly, was the right product, packaged well and in good condition. No worries dealing with them, phew :)

Yes she has but I cant remember who she sold it to?I think it was to one of her competetors.She is still in charge of the website though.

Yes, it still has Amy's number as the contact on the site and the business is now totally web based so I gues we have to draw our own conclusions on that.

Yup, I had very friendly and prompt personal contact from Amy herself after I received the order to double check it all arrived safely and to see if I had any feedback. Really can't fault her service in this instance. Not what I was expecting at all!
