Christchurch Volunteers needed!

Post by Kaz » Thu Mar 23, 2006 12:45 pm

Hi Christchurch TNNers

We need your help :D
#1 To get advertising up in every corner of our city for the Nappy Expo. Michelle is working on a poster which you can print out and stick up.

#2 South City Mall demo day. Donate some time to sit and snatch converts  between 10am-2pm on Wednesday 26 April

#3 Nappy Expo - Saturday 29 April come and join the fun, help to convert more people!!!!! Upper Riccarton Library 71 Main South Road between 11am-3pm. We need people to watch samples, speak to people, sell our raffle etc. We need several people there at one time.

Let me know if you can make it and what time/s you would like.

We want a successful event and we need your help! I may introduce a volunteer draw/spot prize as an added enticement.

Hi Kaz,

I checked with my sister and unfortunately she can't look after DD for me on the 26th April, so I will only be able to manage an hour or so.

I was trying to figure out what would be a good time, and couldn't decide, so I'll leave it up to you, just slot me in where you have a gap and I'll work around people who have a time preference.

I notice there is no date for the Nappy Expo below. I'll get back to you on that one.

And I'll stick up some posters, when they are ready.

Thanks. :P
Nic

Send me posters. The mall is a bit too much for little old me, so Id rather not do that if I can get away with it - but I'll certainly be at the expo.

can do some of wed and some of sat expo. Wed do you want us childless? Sat is not so much an issue with DH being available for a spot of babysitting. Keen to have some posters when they're ready. The upper riccarton library reminded me to make sure I gave one to them to advertise it, so obviously keen to get a wee poster to them, A4 size is what they were after.
cheers

No problem Fiona!

With or without child should be OK, just a little more full on with wee ones

Poster under construction as we speak and will be circulated as soon as it is done.

I will add you to the list :)

Karen, just wondering what times you want me on Saturday. I am free all day so potentially could be there all day lol!
I must have posted on a different thread to this one saying I was available.

So how did it go at South City with the display thingee today?

Hi Louise

I'm trying to put together a roster. Just a little swamped at the moment.

The display at the mall is up and has run out of TNN brochures - I'll have to go and put more in :D

I posted some very bad pics under RNW 2006 photos.

Thanks

Karen
