Auckland Expo Volunteers

Post by karmiec » Mon Apr 20, 2009 10:25 am

Saturday 2nd of May
Please we need some volunteers!!!

Can you please indicate:
Morning 10 - 1 or Afternoon 12-3 OR All Day

And then what area's you feel comfortable helping out with:
TNN Table - Demo kit, Info Sheets, Prize Draws.
Sausage Sizzle
Knitting / Sewing
Clean up.

Any other special areas of interest that you might be able to help with? (eg: balloon blower extraordinaire?)

Anything you could lend us for the day that might help? (eg: free standing pin board, etc)
Lisa

bump!

I will be there 9:30 - 12 but possibly all day.
I'm happy to do general TNN, or knitting.
I will do sausage sizzle at a press but its not really my thing :D

I am a bit over committed at the moment, but I can help out at the expo in the afternoon. I'll do whatever you need me to, but I don't want to do sausage sizzle.

I can do an afternoon shift (well I'd get there after JJ's morning nap)... general TNN would be good for me too. If we're short of people I could possibly convince DH to man the sausage sizzle.

STill waiting to hear back from council re. Sausage sizzle, but I am happy to set up, start it, would be great to get a DH (or anyone!) to take over for an hour or two, so I could help inside.

I'll go for whole day.

I'm going up to Auckland that weekend. Wasn't planning on going up that early on Saturday, but could swing Saturday afternoon if you need.

Yeah I reckon I can do that. Whereabouts is the expo at? I have to take my bike to Mangere somewhere between 12 & 4
