This profit amount lines up with the previous year profit of approx $3500. This year we had added income of forum advertising which bumped up the profit. If expenses remain roughly the same in the coming year, there is no reason that profit would not increase further given that the forum advertising was not really actively pursued until half way through the year.

Demokit organiser (Aidanasher)
Unfortunately nothing much was done during the short period of time when I was in charge. I managed to gather some updated information of kit holders, but since it hasn't been actively used in the last couple of years, a couple of kits went missing and most have been in storage. Lisa since than took over the role when I took the role of advertising coordinator.
I am still holding Auckland and a couple of extra kits, which I'm hoping to pass over.
Nothing much to report. Most main forums are booked, a few has a couple of waiting list.
All information are recorded and documented. There's a simple system between Posh (treasurer), Stacey and I.
However there are a couple of things we could have improved, but I will make that suggestion to the next person who takes over this position.
As mentioned on another thread, I'd like to step down from my position.
Designers report (Heart)
This year I put together some new wording for the website with help from something put together by ditto (I think). Now all we need is someone with a passion for design/web to take the wordingand make it look good - who's up for the challange?
