YoYo Nappy

Post by Makana » Fri Aug 11, 2006 3:07 pm

I have recently bought three YoYo nappies and I must say I had brilliant service with Jan. She was very quick in responding to my request via her website and was able to say what colour she had in stock as I choose one combo that wasn't able to be done.

It is great how you can choose what colour for the outside and inner and also for the FOE. You can have snaps or hook and loop too! Jan kept me up to date of when they were ready (very quick!) and then when she had received payment and when she had sent them to me so I could keep an eye out.

It was much apprecialted Jan. Thanks so much.

I have had awesome correspondence with Jan too she is fabulous! She will send something for you to try and you either keep it and pay, or send it back unused. She is very very helpful and service is fantastic!! And best of all the products are NZ made!!!

Jan was great, a really lovely lady ... I recommend her nappies, they are beautifully made. I have the All Black one and it is going to be a favourite for my boy this summer!

Thanks Jan, Love the website too :D

Ditto to all the above. She actually rang me twice over an order that was confused with mine. So open to advice or suggestions. Nice to have that kind of customer service -- it goes a long way!

I haven't actually ordered through Jan, but I have 3 of her fitted bamboo pockets that I bought used, and I adore them! they are warm and snuggly, and I tend to stuff them enough to skip the cover for a couple of hours as I like the feel so much.
great products!
