Theme brainstorming
Thoughts?
Obviously Easter is an event for April, though we don't have to have it as a theme there are lots of opportunities for other craftyness (e.g. photos!)
Do we go for something else/as well, maybe a random one-word, like a colour (e.g. "blue")? or ?

Re: April 2010 - theme?
what about a 'finish those works-in-progress' theme
Does everyone have a pile/basket of those, or is it just me......

Something in preperation for winter? I'm starting to get stuck into the winter sewing and knitting now. Trying to be orgaised before the cool weather hits.

Oh yes I need to sew for winter, Jake needs winter jamies and some long pants that arent 3/4s and we both need some warm tops.
Maybe its time to stop hording merino and actually use it
Of course Ill have to go pattern shopping first
Not sure how far Ill get tho, only got two weeks off and three essays due upon return, some holiday ah

Re: April 2010 - theme?
I like the winter prep idea, but is it too limited to just making clothes? Oh and knitting I guess..
I'm happy to go with that anyway since I'll be doing it theme or not
I have 2 more merino tops cut ready to sew, and more merino on the way
and me and my friend are having a trackpants making party next week lol, gonna make us some styling trackies based on our comfy pjs pants lol.

what fabric are you using for your trackies? just polar fleece or the trackie pants fabric thats smooth one side and fluffy inside ... if its that where did you get it from? i need to get some to do some more pants etc for miky and me
