BUT before I can do so I need:
5 - 8 testers. Feel free to post here or PM me if you're available to test - but ideally I'd like them started immediately (once I send the pattern at least - which will most likely be Tuesday morning) so I can get feedback and publish in a smart-quick manner
And a name for the pattern!
I'm running a competition (with a cool prize

) for naming the pattern at
Knit Spastic, my knitting blog

Wow! I didn't know you had a longies pattern up your sleeve too!
I'm always keen - I'm in love with knitting longies - are you able to let us in on the basic construction? I'd be happy to do a medium or large size if you wanted
ETA - I need to knit up some longies for someone with a 2 + year old so could do an xl if you've got one?

Originally I wasn't going to publish it as I was knitting for the business I had awhile back

but it's the same basic pattern I've used then... it's evolved here and there over time but I'm pretty happy with it now iykwim. And since I don't see me doing the business again.... might as well let other people in on it too
Basic construction is pretty straight-forward, no new techniques

Knit in the round, with a kitchener / grafted crotch.

If you need anyone else I need to make longies for A so could do a medium or could do nb/small for a baby gift.
ETA I need a new project to start as a distraction from the dreaded jersey

I would be interested in knitting one as well, although I am a newbie knitter. I can let you know how easy the pattern is to follow. Let me know.
